What is HammerButter?

HammerButter is an all natural drawing salve, made the old way — with just three ingredients: lard, beeswax, and pine resin. No fillers, no fuss, nothing you can't pronounce.

It's a fourth-generation family recipe, kept close and passed down hand to hand, kitchen to kitchen, long before "all natural" was something you had to put on a label. We just call it what it's always been — good salve, made right.

About Us

HammerButter didn't start in a lab. It started in a kitchen, generations back, with a family that believed in keeping things simple: a little lard, a little beeswax, a little pine resin, and a lot of patience.

That recipe has been handed down through four generations now — mother to daughter, father to son, one worn recipe card and a lot of trial and error along the way. We haven't changed much about it, because we haven't needed to. Some things get made better by leaving them alone.

Today we still make HammerButter the same way our family always has. Small batches. Real ingredients. Nothing rushed. We figure if it was good enough for our grandparents, it's good enough for yours.
